Responsibilities:
Candidates will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards based on stakeholder requirements. They will need to closely interact with management, internal teams, and clients to understand business information needs and ensure that all reports are delivered as per the required frequency, whether weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
Candidates must review reports and dashboards with the MIS Team Lead to ensure 100% accuracy before sharing any customized data. They will also need to track and follow up with relevant stakeholders to update key performance metrics, such as service level agreements (SLAs) and run-rate data, in a timely manner.
Candidates will be required to generate account-level reports covering billable and non-billable aspects, including forecasting, scheduling (both onshore and offshore), and performance analysis against SLAs, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and quality standards. Ensuring compliance with data security policies and process audits is also a key responsibility.
Candidates should support and adopt new tools and systems that enhance the efficiency of MIS reporting and data management. They will assist the manager in rolling out new techniques and initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and improving data insights.
Candidates must keep the manager informed about the progress of new MIS initiatives and contribute to their successful implementation. Regular maintenance and servicing of the MIS system will be necessary to improve operational efficiency and ensure smooth functionality.
Candidates should be open to learning new tools and technologies to enhance their reporting capabilities. They must undergo training and skill development programs to improve their productivity and stay updated with the latest industry practices.
Candidates will also need to develop analytical skills and statistical analysis knowledge to provide meaningful insights. They should be able to suggest improvements in reporting quality and identify trends that can benefit the organization.
