Logitech is looking for an IT Service Support Intern to provide IT support and training to our end-users across India and other regions. Responsibilities:
Candidates will provide IT service support, offering guidance and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications, and processes. They will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operations both locally and remotely. Candidates will also help discover and evaluate new IT tools that can enhance business operations and support internal IT teams. They will collaborate with other IT professionals on system testing, integration, and maintenance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of IT systems.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria and Qualification:
Candidates who are currently pursuing an IT diploma or college degree, or those looking for their first IT-related experience, will find this role a great opportunity to develop their skills. A high school education is required, along with a basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting. Candidates should have knowledge of MS Intune, Apple MDM Device Management software, and ServiceNow or similar tools to effectively manage IT systems and user requests.
Candidates should be familiar with troubleshooting advanced printer and peripheral device issues, as well as patch management for maintaining system security and performance. Experience in end-user desktop support is highly valued, along with proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and MacOS environments. Candidates with project management or design thinking skills will be able to contribute to process improvements and IT-related initiatives. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential, enabling them to identify and resolve software bugs and technical issues efficiently.
